There are daily flights from the airport of Spata (Athens) to the airport of Santorini and vice-versa. During the summer months, there are roughly 4-8 flights daily while in winter they decrease. Also, Santorini is connected with other cities in Greece (Thessaloniki, Rhodes, Heraklion, Mykonos, Paros). There are flights directly to Cyprus, as well as a lot of other cities all over Europe (charter flights).

There is a daily itinerary from the harbour of Piraeus to the harbour of Santorini and vice-versa. During summer period there are also daily itineraries to Heraklion. The harbour of Santorini is also connected with Rhodes, Karpathos, Kassos, Ios, Paros, Naxos, Syros, Tinos and Mykonos but with less frequent itineraries.
